Mr. Longest, a graduate of Georgetown University and George Washington University’s National Law Center, has been an active of member of the Maryland Bar since 1969. He served a tour with the Office of the State’s Attorney for Montgomery County, leaving there in 1976 as the Chief Deputy State’s Attorney. His duties included the trial of many financial information, fraud, and banking cases, which led to development of his expertise in the area of real property and banking law as it relates to real estate closings. He formed Peerless Title & Escrow, Inc. in 2002, after heading a large law from 1976 through 2001. Peerless Title & Escrow, Inc. merged in 2016 with Pinnacle Settlement Services, Inc., and Mr. Longest serves in the capacity as Of Counsel to the Firm. His value in resolving complicated title issues is highly respected.
